The compress is especially useful in the first days of lactation, when the breasts become painfully engorged or swollen. It is also effective in cases of milk stasis, blocked ducts, or mastitis. Warming compress – helps to stimulate milk let-down before or during breastfeeding/pumping. Cooling compress – Reduces swelling, pain and inflammation in breast tissue. Usage

Usage:
Cooling: Place the compress in a clean plastic bag and place in the freezer for at least 2 hours before use. Or immerse the compress in ice water until it reaches the desired temperature.
Heating: Place the compress in hot (do not use boiling water) water for 3-5 minutes with the heat source turned off. Alternatively, you can heat it in the microwave: 700 watts - 20 seconds / 1000 watts - 15 seconds / 1500 watts - 10 seconds. Then you can heat it additionally every 5 seconds, checking to see if the desired temperature has been reached. Never heat for more than 30 seconds!

Use the compress for up to 20 minutes per session.
After use, it can be easily washed with mild soap, detergent or alcohol.
Thanks to the special "Sealing Protection" function, the contents do not spill even with intensive use.
Free of BPA, BPS and latex.
