Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with the size, color, or simply changed your mind, you can return the item within 14 days of delivery. Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition – labels and protective labels must not be removed or damaged, and the item must be returned in its original packaging and in the same condition as when it was sent to the buyer. If the item is damaged, undamaged, or returned later than 14 days from the date of delivery, we have the right to refuse to accept the item and not refund the buyer.

Return Process

If you decide to return the item, please contact us by email hello@momsbeyou.com. In the email, please indicate the Order Number, the name of the item being returned, the reason for the return, and your bank account number. You can return the item to the following parcel machines:

IMPORTANT. The return service is paid, the return costs are paid by the buyer. The buyer is responsible for sending the desired item back. If the item does not reach us, we will not be able to refund the buyer. After receiving the returned item and if it meets the return conditions, we will refund the money within 3-10 business days.

Defective Product

If you have received a defective product, not the product you ordered, or a product damaged during shipping, please contact us by email: hello@momsbeyou.com. Upon receiving your email, we will contact you and agree on the most convenient way to return the product, exchange the product or refund your money, and we will cover all costs of returning and (or) exchanging such products.
