Return of products

Return Policy

If the size or color of the purchased item did not suit you, or if you simply changed your mind, you can return the item within 14 days from the date of delivery. Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and retain their marketable appearance – labels must not be removed or damaged, and protective tags must not be torn off. Items must be returned in their original packaging and with the same completeness as they were sent to the buyer. If the items are faulty, have lost their marketable appearance, or are returned more than 14 days after the delivery date, we reserve the right not to accept the item and not to refund the buyer.

Return Procedure

If you decide to return an item, please contact us by email at hello@momsbeyou.com. In the email, please provide the order number, the name of the item being returned, the reason for the return, and your bank account number. You can return items to the following parcel lockers:

IMPORTANT. The return service is paid for, and return costs are covered by the buyer. The buyer is responsible for shipping the item they wish to return. If we do not receive the item, we will not be able to refund the buyer. Once we receive the returned item and if it meets the return conditions, we will issue a refund within 3–10 business days.

Defective Item

If you received a defective item, the wrong item, or an item damaged during shipping, please contact us by email at: hello@momsbeyou.com. Upon receiving your email, we will contact you to arrange the most convenient method for returning the item, exchanging it, or refunding your money, and we will cover all costs associated with the return and/or exchange of such items.
